4th Story, LLC, a premier provider of automated trading software, today announced the release of its 4S.Blue Ridge™ algorithmic trading server. Targeted at brokers and other institutions managing order flow, 4S.Blue Ridge makes the development and integration of custom execution and order routing algorithms technically and economically approachable.

It can host standard execution strategies such as VWAP, pegged orders, volume participation and pairs/multi-leg management as well as sophisticated custom strategies for both agency and principal applications.
4S.Blue Ridge can also run smart order routing algorithms to help maximize execution efficiency and meet MiFID and Reg NMS regulatory requirements.
4S.Blue Ridge was designed to be easily integrated into an existing order management and market data infrastructure. The system can be loosely coupled via FIX for both incoming and outgoing order flow, or tightly coupled and effectively embedded in an internal OMS via its flexible adapter architecture. The product comes bundled with remote instrumentation and administration capabilities.
